Toimitusehdot suomeksi (in english below)
Ostaessaan Kalligrafiastudion verkkokaupasta asiakas sitoutuu kaupan toimitusehtoihin:
1. Maksutavat
Verkkokaupassa voi maksaa yleisimmillä pankki- ja luottokorteilla. Maksaminen tapahtuu suojatun yhteyden kautta Stripe-palvelun avulla.
Kaikki ostokset maksetaan tilauksen yhteydessä.
2. Tuotteet
Kalligrafiastudion verkkokauppa myy erilaisia tuotteita:
Palvelut (mm. workshopit)
Digitaaliset tiedostot (mm. harjoituslehtiset)
Taidetarvikkeet (kynänvarret, terät, musteet, ym.)
Painotuotteet (hääkutsut ja hääpaperit)
3. Toimitusehdot
3.1 Palvelut
Palvelut toimitetaan asiakkaalle workshopin muodossa ennalta ilmoitettuna ajankohtana. Asiakkaan tulee varmistaa ajankohdan sopivuus ennen tilaamista.
3.2 Digitaaliset tiedostot
Digitaaliset tiedostot toimitetaan asiakkaan tilauksen yhteydessä ilmoittamaan sähköpostiin.
3.3 Taidetarvikkeet
Taidetarvikkeet postitetaan asiakkaalle kirjeinä ja paketteina tilauksen koosta riippuen. Käsittelemme tarvikkeiden tilaukset kolmen päivän kuluessa tilauksen vastaanottamisesta. Mahdollisista ruuhkista tai tilausviiveistä ilmoitamme nettisivuilla.
Kotimaan tilauksissa postituskulut ovat paketin koosta riippuen 3,90€-6,90€.
3.4 Painotuotteet
Painotuotteiden kohdalla lopullinen painovedos lähetetään aina asiakkaan hyväksyttäväksi ennen painatusta. Asiakkaalla on tällöin velvollisuus tarkistaa, että tekstit, päivämäärät, nimet ja muut yksityiskohdat on varmasti kirjoitettu oikein. Kalligrafiastudio ei vastaa mahdollisista kirjoitusvirheistä, jotka on kopioitu asiakkaan lähettämästä tekstiversiosta tai jonka asiakas on hyväksynyt lopulliseen painovedokseen. Jos painovirhe tapahtuu Kalligrafiastudion toimesta, korvaamme joko uuden tuote-erän tai sitä vastaavan rahasumman.
Valmiit painotuotteet toimitetaan asiakkaalle postitse, toimituskulu on 8,90€. Joidenkin tuotteiden kohdalla (mainittu kuvaustekstissä) nouto Kalligrafastudiolta (Ilmarinkatu 2, 00100 Helsinki) on mahdollinen, tällöin toimituskulu on 0€.
4. Peruutus- ja palautusoikeus
Asiakkaalla on Suomen kuluttajansuojalain mukainen 14 päivän vaihto- ja palautusoikeus. Palautusoikeus koskee vain alkuperäispakkauksessa olevia, käyttämättömiä ja myyntikelpoisia tuotteita. Tuotteiden palautustapauksessa asiakas maksaa tuotteiden palauttamisesta koituvat postituskulut, paitsi jos tuote on virheellinen. Tuotteen palautustapauksessa asiakkaan tulee ottaa yhteyttä aini@kalligrafiastudio.com 14 vrk sisällä tuotteen vastaanottamisesta.
Digitaalista tuotetta ostettaessa tuotepakkaus avataan sinä hetkenä, kun tuote on tilattu. Digitaalista tuotetta ei tilauksen jälkeen voida palauttaa, peruuttaa tai vaihtaa. Tilaamalla asiakas on hyväksynyt nämä ostoehdot.
Tilatut painotuotteet, kuten hääkutsut ja muut paperituotteet, ovat asiakkaan toivomusten mukaisesti tehtyjä mittatilaustöitä, jotka on hyväksytetty asiakkaalla ennen painotyötä. Koska asiakas on tutustunut tuotteeseen ja hyväksynyt sen ennen toimitusta, ei lopullista tuotetta voida palauttaa, peruuttaa tai vaihtaa. Tilaamalla asiakas on hyväksynyt nämä ostoehdot.
4.1 Workshopin peruutus
Jos workshop joudutaan peruuttamaan Kalligrafiastudion toimesta, hyvitetään asiakkaalle osallistumismaksu kokonaisuudessaan tai annetaan mahdollisuus osallistua workshopiin vaihtoehtoisena ajankohtana maksutta.
Workshop-ilmoittautuminen on sitova. Jos asiakkaalle tulee este osallistua workshopiin, hän voi tehdä peruutuksen ilmoittamalla sähköpostitse aini@kalligrafiastudio.com.
Osallistumismaksu voidaan palauttaa seuraavan aikataulun mukaisesti:
Peruutus 30 päivää ennen workshopia, 100% osallistumismaksusta palautetaan
Peruutus 14 päivää ennen workshopia, 50% osallistumismaksusta palautetaan
Peruutus alle 14 päivää ennen workshopia, 100% osallistumismaksusta pidätetään
Asiakas voi halutessaan luovuttaa paikkansa ystävälleen ilman lisäkuluja, mutta toivomme, että siitä ilmoitetaan sähköpostitse osoitteeseen aini@kalligrafiastudio.com.

By shopping with us, the customer agrees to the following terms:
1. How to pay?
We accept all common debit and credit cards, accepting secure payments via Stripe. If an alternative way to pay is needed, please get in touch with us.
All purchases are paid immediately.
2. Products
Kalligrafiastudio Shop sells different types of products:
Services (workshops)
Digital files (printables)
Art supplies (nibs, pen holders, ink)
Printed goods (invitations, wedding papers)
3. Delivery
3.1 Services
Workshops take place at the place and time given at the time of purchase. The customer should ensure that the date is suitable for them.
3.2 Digital files
Digital files are delivered to the customer as email attachments, sent to the email address given at the time of purchase. The delivery time is specified according to the product, at the time of purchase.
3.3 Art supplies
Art supplies are sent to the customer as a letter or a package using the Posti service. The average handling time is 3 days from receiving your order. In the rare case of delays in handling times, we will inform you on the website.
Postage fees depending on the size of the package are between 2,90€ - 5,90€.
3.4 Printed goods
With printed goods, such as wedding invitations, the customer will always receive proof of the product before printing. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that all dates, names and details are correct before confirming the proof. Kalligrafiastudio is not responsible for any spelling mistakes occurred or accepted by the customer. In case of any spelling mistakes that occur due to the actions of Kalligrafiastudio, we will pay the cost of the product or provide the customer with a new product free of charge.
The printed goods can be picked up from Kalligrafiastudio (Ilmarinkatu 2, 00100 Helsinki) when they are ready. We can also post them at the additional cost of 12€ (inc. vat).
4. Cancellations and Returns
According to the Finnish Customer Protection law, the customer will have the right to return or exchange physical products within 14 days of receiving the product. This only applies to products that are unused and in their original packaging, in a resalable condition. This returns policy only covers physical products - not workshops or digital files. When returning products, the customer is expected to cover the cost of returning postage.
In the case of returns, please get in touch with us at aini@kalligrafiastudio.com within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will advise further.
With digital goods, the product is opened at the moment of the purchase. This is why a digital good cannot be returned or exchanged. By ordering, the customer accepts these terms.
Printed goods are custom orders, designed according to the customer’s wishes. As the customer gets to see and accept the proof before any printing, the final product cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged. By ordering, the customer accepts these terms.
4.1 Workshop cancellations
If Kalligrafiastudio has to cancel a workshop, the full amount will be refunded to the customer. Alternatively, we can offer the customer to take part in an alternative workshop at a different date.
Workshop registration is binding. If the customer is unable to attend the workshop, they can cancel by emailing aini@kalligrafiastudio.com.
If the customer has to cancel their attendance, they will be returned funds according to the following schedule:
Cancelling up to 30 days before the workshop, they will receive 100% of the booking fee.
Cancelling up to 14 days before the workshop, they will be returned 50% of the booking fee.
Any later than that, the full booking fee will be charged.
The customer can alternatively give their seat to a friend without an additional cost - please just let us know before the workshop by emailing aini@kalligrafiastudio.com.
